Many judges are required to make our science fair a success and great experience for the students. There is no special training or requirements to be a judge. If you have at least two years or more of completed college coursework in your field, you are qualified. Bring a friend!

We ask all our judges to register themselves before our deadline. Having accurate information helps us prepare for the judging day to ensure that all projects are covered. If you are not available to participate, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may adjust our judging distribution.

Judge assembly begins at 12:30pm, with closed judging beginning at 1:15pm and open judging at 3:00pm. From 5:00pm up to 9:00pm judges submit their score sheets, and lead judges determine final winners.
