Many judges are required to make our science fair a success and great experience for the students. There is no special training to be a judge. If you have a STEM background (diploma or degree) or if you are currently in a post-secondary STEM program, you are qualified!
We ask all our judges to register themselves before our deadline. Having accurate information helps us prepare for the judging day to ensure that all projects are covered.
If you are not available to participate, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may adjust our judging distribution.
Virtual judging will take place March 9-16th. We will contact you before judging opens with instructions about online judging for our event.
In-Person judging day will take place on March 23rd with judge check-in opening at 8:00am followed by judge orientation at 8:30am. Open judging is from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

If you cannot participate at the event, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we may adjust our volunteer numbers.
We are looking for several volunteers that can help with the check-in desk and guides to take competitors to their tables from 8:00am to 10:00am on March 23rd. Bring a friend!
